First, please remember that when you upgrade your account or buy Ad Packs, you are buying advertising services from us. Any income you earned from our site is either commissions from sales or commissions from the results of sharing our services with others. When you share our services with others, we will compensate you for your time and efforts through commissions and bonuses.

We are paying commissions from actual purchases of advertising within our system. We are not paying a percentage, we are paying you commissions from our sales... so the money is real. It is coming from the actual money already received by the system, not from money that will be received from "future" payments. Your commissions and the money in your account is real money, you can cash out anytime and get paid within 24 hours!

We have one of the best affiliate programs in the industry. Unlike other "revenue sharing" sites, our members are not limited to income from profit sharing only. Even when your ad packs have expired, you still earn commissions from our matrix and cycler systems.

Sales Commissions/Profit Sharing

We share 100% of profits from our sales with our members. We implemented an Automatic-Adjustments algorithm in our profit sharing. Those who promised a fixed percentage at a certain fixed time are guaranteed to fail. You can not make a promise based on "unpredictable" future sales. Our program will adjust profit sharing distribution based on actual sales. There is no preset time, frequency, amount, or percentage for profit sharing. It varies throughout the day depending on the number of sales (upgrades and purchases). There is no time limit to our longevity as we refuse to and will never operate our business on negative cash flow.

Note: Your Ad Pack will mature/expire once you have earned 150% of its cost (during its life) from profit sharing, commissions, and bonuses. Since members can earn from multiple different sources, it is necessary to compute earned income based on these multiple sources so all members can have their Ad Packs mature more quickly. This ensures that we distribute our profits to as many members as possible. Remember that you will continue to earn from commissions and bonuses even though your Ad Packs have expired so there is no limit to your income. Sponsor bonuses are not included in earned income computations. It pays to refer others!

Sponsor Bonus

Every member will receive $1 Sponsor bonus instantly in their account when he/she personally sponsored an upgraded member plus $0.50 commission from the Main matrix. Sponsors also receive $1 of any future purchases made by their sponsored members (including subscriptions but not from Mini purchases). This alone gives sponsors an infinite income potential because everyone can refer an unlimited number of members and members can purchase unlimited number of ad packs.

Sponsors are also rewarded a bonus when their sponsored members cycled at different levels of the U cycler, the P cycler, the P2x2 cycler, the Turbo cycler, and the Mega cycler. This gives sponsors an unlimited amount of income as they can add up very quickly. When your sponsored members purchase ad packs or do well in the matrix systems, you will be rewarded forever. It pays to refer others.

Cash Pool Bonus

$1 from EVERY purchase (and upgrade) goes to a cash pool. When the amount in the pool reach $50, $2 will be awarded randomly to 25 members (20 members with $0 balance and 5 members with less than $15 in their account balance). This is one way to ensure that EVERY member will not only earn income from our system but will be in profit as quickly as possible.

Matrix and Cycler Commissions

Our matrix and cycler system allows members to earn even after the Ad packs have expired. We have 8 different matrix systems (the best in the industry): a Main matrix, a Reverse matrix, a U cycler, a P cycler, a P2x2 cycler, a Mini cycler, a Turbo cycler, and a Mega cycler.

Main matrix

This is a 2x8 forced matrix. You can view this matrix from your backoffice. All your sponsored members will go into this matrix and you earn commissions from each one who falls in this matrix. You will also get spillovers (from your uplines) and spillunders (from your downline) in this matrix. Keeping this matrix small in size allows to you to get spillovers and fill it faster. Income potential from the Main matrix is $255.00 a month (not including sponsor bonuses, cycling bonuses, etc).

Note: You must maintain your subscription to be in the Main matrix. If you do not have a subscription, you will be removed from this matrix and lose any downline you may have. You will still earn from your active Ad packs and cyclers but not from the Main matrix. If you renew your subscription at a later time, you will not be able to recover your old position, you will still be placed under your sponsor but on the next available open spot. Subscription ensures that our Reverse matrix consist of paying members and it will help our newest members and promote growth!

Subscription also ensures the growth of the U cycler. With subscriptions, half of the members (positions) in the U cycler will cycle every month and create more new positions and more cycling. For example, if we have 1000 members with subscriptions then we will have at least 500 members (positions) cycled every month. This number will increase every month as we have more members and more positions.

Reverse matrix

This is a 2x4 "company forced" Reverse matrix (no sponsoring needed as downline consists of existing members). You can view this matrix from your backoffice. Everyone enters this matrix from the top and receive instant downline consisting of existing upgraded members. This matrix is a temporary matrix to help NEW MEMBERS earn income almost immediately. It is particularly beneficial for those who join much later after launch. Those who join early may not have a Reverse matrix as they get pushed down and out of the matrix real fast (those who join early will benefit from the program growth not from the reverse matrix itself). Income potential from the Reverse matrix is $15.00 a month.

If you want to see a clear picture of how the Reverse matrix works, draw a 2x4 (or bigger size) matrix on a piece of paper and put yourself on the very top position. As new members enter from the top also, move yourself down one level at a time (either left leg or right leg) and you can see what it does to your matrix as you move down the levels.

Note: Remember, this matrix is designed for new members who join our program at a much later time (the $15 will be enough to cover their monthly subscriptions so there is no reason for them to quit while building their business). This, in turn, will benefit everyone in the program as we keep getting new members (just imagine how easy it is to recruit in the future when we can say that everyone who join will earn income from paying members almost immediately!).

U cycler

This is a 3-phase very small "company forced" 2x1, 3x1, and 3x1 cyclers. You can view this matrix from your backoffice. All upgrades and subscriptions will create new positions in this cycler. It pays $1, $2, and $3 upon cycling over and over again. Sponsors will also receive a $1 bonus every time sponsored members completed phase 2 and phase 3. Upon completion of phase 3, it will create a new position in phase 1 and also a new phase 1 position in the P cycler. Income potential from the U cycler is unlimited due to re-entries.

P cycler

This is a 3-phase very small "company forced" 2x1, 3x1, and 3x1 cyclers. You can view this matrix from your backoffice. All Standard Adpack purchases will create new positions in this cycler. It pays $2, $3, and $5 upon cycling over and over again. Sponsors will also receive a $1 bonus every time sponsored members completed phase 2 and phase 3. Upon completion of phase 3, it will create a new position in phase 1. Income potential from the P cycler is unlimited due to re-entries.

P2x2 cycler

This is a 2-phase "company forced" 2x2 and 2x2 cyclers. You can view this matrix from your backoffice. All P2x2 Adpack purchases will create new positions in this cycler. It pays $6 and $12 upon cycling over and over again. Sponsors will also receive a $1 bonus every time sponsored members completed phase 1. Upon completion of phase 1, it will create a new position in phase 1 in the P cycler. Upon completion of phase 2, it will create a new position in phase 1 in the P2x2 cycler. Income potential from the P2x2 cycler is unlimited due to re-entries.

Mini cycler (available to FREE members also)

This is a 2-phase, no re-entry, "company forced" 3x2 and 4x1 cyclers. You can view this matrix from your backoffice. All Mini Adpack purchases will create new positions in this cycler. It pays $20 and $15 upon cycling. Income potential from the Mini cycler is $7.50 + $20.00 + $15.00 = $42.50 ($15 must be used to upgrade the account if not upgraded). Sponsors will receive a $5 bonus when sponsored members completed phase 1.

Turbo cycler

This is a 3-phase, no re-entry, "company forced" 3x1, 3x1, and 3x1 cycler. You can view this matrix from your backoffice. All Turbo Adpack purchases will create new positions in this cycler. It pays $5, $5, and $10 upon cycling. Sponsors will also receive a $2 bonus every time sponsored members completed phase 3. Upon completion of phase 2, it will create a new position in phase 1 in the P cycler. Upon completion of phase 3, it will create a new position in phase 1 in the P2x2 cycler. Income potential from the Turbo cycler is unlimited due to entries to the P and the P2x2 cyclers.

Mega cycler

This is a 5-phase, "company forced" 2x1, 3x1, 2x1, 3x1, and 5x1 cycler. You can view this matrix from your backoffice. All Mega Adpack purchases will create new positions in this cycler. It pays $5, $5, $5, $10, and $15 upon cycling. Sponsors will also receive a $1 bonus every time sponsored members completed phase 4 and a $2 bonus every time sponsored members completed phase 5. Upon completion of phase 4, it will create a new position in the Turbo cycler. Upon completion of phase 5, it will create a new position in phase 1. Income potential from the Mega cycler is unlimited due to re-entries.

Having separate cyclers for upgrades/subscriptions and purchases keeps our system from growing too fast which will slow down cycling. In addition, our programmers have designed the algorithm to add new levels in the future when necessary to maintain the speed of cycling. We purposely limit re-entries so not one member (but many members) will benefit from cycling. Many programs have failed in the past because very limited members benefited from re-entries (only those who joined early) and thus not allowing new members to cycle quickly (have to wait a long time for their turns). Unless we help new members to earn quickly, no one (including those who joined early) will benefit from any program in the long term.

Best Strategy

Our top earners buy different adpacks (thus receive different positions in different cyclers) whenever possible. To maximize your earnings, you must diversify your portfolio so you have immediate income and future income from many different sources.

Although sponsoring others is optional (not needed to cycle), you will earn a lot more if you do.

75-25 Repurchase Rule

We also enforced the 75-25 repurchase rule. This is not a penalty but rather to ensure that members who are in profit are continuing to support the system for a long time. The first $100 of your profit is not affected and can be withdrawn at anytime. After the first $100, 25% will be reserved in your account and can only be used for purchases. For example, if you have earned $200 in profit, you can withdraw $175 and transfer that amount to your payment processor. The remaining $25 will go to your reserve account and is available for purchases only.

This is done to ensure that those who are in profit continue to help other members by purchasing more Ad Packs instead of withdrawing all the money from their account balance. Auto purchase from the reserve account may be enforced either automatically by program or manually by admins if necessary. This will give members new Ad Packs, new positions in the system, and more income potential. This also ensures that our program is indefinitely sustainable.This feature does not benefit program owners or admins. Profits from purchases are distributed to members instantly.
